The Products

Coasters are 100 x 100 mm with rounded corners. They are hand made from a cork backed eucalyptus hardboard base and covered by a paper image that is protected by a laminate top surface. The sides are wax finished to prevent water seepage into the paper print. This will not however prevent damage from full immersion or dishwashing. They are heat resistant for normal use, stain resistant and will wipe clean.

Ceramic Mugs are solid, traditional straight styled of 80 mm diameter and 90 mm height. They are dye-sublimation printed top to bottom with a full colour image of 210 (w) x 90 (h) mm and are dishwasher safe.

Limited Edition Prints  consist of a 180(w) x 228(h) mm printed visible area within a
250(w) x 302(h) mm card mount.


How to Purchase a Product

I love to discuss my products with my customers, and as we cannot do this face to face, I use email as the next best thing. Please let me know which product is of interest to you by using the Enquire about This Product button in the product details within the Limited Edition Prints  or  Ceramic Mugs or Coasters sections of this site. This will automatically generate an email to me and we can then either discuss your requirements in more detail or begin the order process if you have already decided to purchase. 


Order Process

Once you have decided to purchase, you will need to either send the payment by cheque to my address or by credit card over the telephone, which I will advise to you by email. Upon receipt of payment, I will post the product(s) to you, letting you know when I have done so and when they should arrive.
 

Postage & Packaging

All prices include postage & packaging for individual items delivered to a specific UK mainland address using Royal Mail's First Class service. I will advise you if there is any reduction in costs for multiple items or for specific costs to non UK mainland addresses when you contact me at the time of ordering. As an indicative guide there would be a ;

10 % reduction for orders of 4 mugs or 16 coasters or 4 limited edition prints 
20 % reduction of 8 mugs or 32 coasters or 8 limited edition prints 
 

Return & Refund

Once received, should you subsequently decide that the product(s) are not to your liking then you may return them for a full refund within 14 days of their delivery to you. You will however have to pay for the cost of its safe return to me and it is expected that this will be in the same manner in which it was delivered to you ; by Royal Mail First Class and using the original packaging material.
